Dubai, UAE – Dar Al Ber Society has paid tributes to the vision and directives of the UAE president His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan who has launched a new initiative to mark the legacy of the founding father Sheikh Zayed.

As per the historic drive, themed ‘Year of Zayed’, people are to follow the shiny track of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and show respect to his ceaseless giving and relentless effort over decades.

Khalfan Khalifa Al Mazrouie, Chairman of Dar Al Ber Society, said they are geared up to make a big success of the ‘Year of Zayed’ initiative in collaboration with their strategic and national partners in public and private sectors.

“The drive will hopefully boost the values of loyalty, authenticity and loyalty to the nation and prudent leadership whom the Emiratis love and respect over generations.”

The move will also shed light on a role model for young Emiratis to follow, he added. “Zayed has been a historic national leader around whom the people gather, get united and work harder for the UAE present and future.”

Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Executive Director of Dar Al Ber, said the ‘Year of Zayed’ is a precious opportunity for the Emirati people to show loyalty and respect to their forefather and founder of their nation.

“It is a priceless chance to work for this country which has always been generous to everybody,” he said. “The 2018 must be a year for hard work, construction, giving, and achievements in all aspects of life.”
