Dar Al Ber Society has confirmed the completion of 90% of the work in building its new charitable endowment project, which is a residential and commercial building in Al Jurf area in Ajman, at a total cost of 47 million dirhams.

Dr. Muhammad Suhail Al Muhairi, CEO and Managing Director of the Dar Al Ber Society, confirmed that the proceeds of the new charitable endowment project go to the benefit of charitable projects, meeting the requirements of the poor and the needy, sponsoring orphans, low-income families, productive families and other needy community segments.

Dr. Al Muhairi pointed out that the charitable endowment projects belonging to Dar Al Ber generally aim to enhance the sustainability of charitable work in the Society, and the continuity of humanitarian projects and community giving, which it provides for the benefit of the poor, the needy and vulnerable segments, and serving and supporting all areas of charitable work, which Dar Al Ber works on within its framework.

Dr. Al-Muhairi said: "It is expected to complete the endowment project and for it to open in November", explaining that the project includes 100 apartments, including 30 apartments, consisting of one room and a hall, 50 apartments of two rooms and a hall, and 20 apartments of 3 rooms and a hall, next to 4 shops.

The CEO of Dar Al Ber stressed the special importance of endowment in charitable and humanitarian work, and in the perspective of Islamic law, by enhancing sources of income directed to the vital sector, and designated to support the provision of the requirements of the needy, pointing out that the Society attaches an exceptional importance to the charitable endowment, in its work both short-term or strategic, and it works diligently to implement the purposes behind the concept of endowment, doing so in full harmony with the state's policy and the directives of the leadership in this vital humanitarian field.
