Mashreq Bank made a generous donation and support for the charitable projects and humanitarian initiatives of the Dar Al Ber Society, to a value of more than 464,000 dirhams.

Yousef Al-Yateem, Assistant CEO of Zakat and Community Development Sector at Dar Al Ber Society, received from Ibrahim Al Muhairi, Director of Islamic Banking Services at Mashreq Bank, a cheque of the amount at the bank’s headquarters, on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, in the presence of a number of officials and stakeholders from both sides.
 
Yousef Al-Yateem stressed that Mashreq Bank’s support for the Society’s projects has continued over the years, the bank represents a strategic partner for the Dar Al-Ber Society, in light of its continuous generous charitable support and humanitarian initiatives, which are aimed at helping the poor around the world and meeting the requirements of people with limited income and the needy inside the UAE and to promote comprehensive development and sustainability inside and outside the Emirates.
 
Dar Al Ber expressed, through Youssef Al Yateem, its deep thanks and appreciation to Mashreq Bank, represented by its board of directors, its clients and all its employees, in return for the great support provided by the bank to the charitable sector in the country, in order to achieve its societal goals, and its contribution to humanitarian work. Which implements the vision of the UAE, its approach, and the directives of the leadership in this vital field.
 
Ibrahim Al Muhairi said that Mashreq Bank is working to consolidate its role in helping the needy and the poor, locally and abroad, supporting the charitable sector and public benefit in the UAE and serving community development, by strengthening national partnerships with charitable and humanitarian institutions in the country.
 
Al Muhairi pointed to the prominent and widespread role of Dar Al Ber in charitable work within the local community and at the global level and the Society's contributions and qualitative humanitarian initiatives, which cover many countries around the world.
