Ajman:
Dar Alber Society branch in Ajman provided financial social aids with a value of 9 million and 500 thousand and 614 dirhams, during the past year (2019). A thousand and 933 individuals and families benefited from them.
Faisal Sahraoui, Director of the Society’s branch in Ajman, pointed out that the humanitarian aids have been distributed among five fields and items, namely: paying houses rent for 902 needy families, paying school and university fees due on 541 students, who are sons of low-income families, paying treatment costs for 136 patients unable to pay them, and paying required electricity bills for 42 families with limited income, besides public aids for 312 cases.
Sahrawi said: “Dar Alber” in Ajman implemented six seasonal charitable projects in 2019 during the periods of Ramadan and the blessed Eid Al-Adha, which are: breaking fasting projects, 54 thousand and 420 beneficiaries at a cost of 435 thousand and 360 dirhams, Zakat al-Fitr, 7500 Beneficiaries with a cost of 276 thousand, Ramadan food (Al-Meer), 770 cases, clothes of Eid Al-Fitr, 57 beneficiaries with 35 thousand, Al-Adha project, 832 families, and Eid Al-Adha clothes, 50 beneficiaries with a value of 35 thousands.
