Ajman:
Sheikh Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ruler's Court, attended the closing ceremony of the ninth session of Dar Al Ber Award for the Holy Quran and Sunnah in Ajman, which was dedicated to male students and competitors.

The ceremony, which was held at the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development Center in Ajman, was attended by Eng. Khalfan Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Chairman of Dar Al Ber Society, which organizes the award annually, and Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Executive Director of the Society, and a crowd of officials, personalities and students participating in the award, parents and a number of concerned people.

Faisal Sahrawi, Director of Dar Al Ber Society in Ajman and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Annual Prize, confirmed that the number of winners and honors in the latest edition reached 249 winners ,males and females, including 139 female students and competitors, compared to 110 male students and competitors.

Sahrawi said that the budget allocated for the award was estimated at 850,000 dirhams this year, and the total number of participants in the award, in its all categories, preliminary and final qualifiers, reached 1583 participants, including 751 male students and competitors, and 832 female students and competitors, and the number of schools participating in the award, Ajman Educational Zone, was 45 public and private schools.

Sahrawi explained that the number of participants in the "Holy Quran" branch in the award reached 780 males and female participants, in the branch of Hadith 643 male and female participants, and in the branch of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) 160 participants, of males and females.
At the end of the ceremony, Eng. Khalfan Al Mazrouei, Chairman of Dar Al Ber Society, honored HE Sheikh Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Ruler's Court for his patronage and continuous support for the award since its inception.
